Received the order and before the shipment, Barbagalloshop.com proceeds to the quality control and validation by
email of the order processing. If the ordered items are no longer available or they have not passed quality
control, we will give immediate notice to the customer, proposing alternatives.
Processing orders
Your order will be processed as soon as payment has been received, within 48 hours by a positive result of
the payment. Barbagalloshop.com reserves the right to refuse the orders to anyone for any reason.
Barbagalloshop.com shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches the
destination, the goods are no longer insured.
Items that are already available will be shipped in 1-2 business days (monday-friday) following order
completion
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment for orders received by 11:30 CET.
We cannot ship to parcel shop.
